Anti-NGFRAP1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against NGFRAP1 (also referenced as BEX3 in third-party genomic records) and is validated for western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF), including ICC/IF applications on human samples. The immunogen is recombinant full-length human NGFRAP1, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of the NGFRAP1 protein.

The antibody is supplied unconjugated at a concentration of 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The NGFRAP1 target has a reported molecular weight of ~ 13 kDa.

Third-party annotation places the NGFRAP1/BEX3 gene on the X chromosome and predicts an intracellular, cytosolic localisation for the encoded protein, with low tissue specificity and an identified mouse ortholog, Bex3. The reagent is intended for research use with human samples.
