Anti-NGFR p75 Antibody

This recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody targets the nerve growth factor receptor p75 (NGFR p75), a transmembrane member of the TNF receptor superfamily that mediates neurotrophin signaling and modulates neuronal survival, apoptosis, and differentiation pathways. Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, the preparation is supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated immunoglobulin in a buffered solution containing 1% BSA and 40% glycerol, preserved with 0.05% sodium azide.

The antibody is validated for western blot, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, and immunoprecipitation workflows, making it useful for studies of neurotrophin biology, Schwann cell markers, neural crest derivatives, basal forebrain cholinergic neurons, and tumor subpopulations in which p75NTR expression has been reported.
