Anti-NGFR Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against p75 NGF Receptor (NGFR). The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and validated for Western Blot (WB) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It is supplied as a liquid, purified by affinity chromatography, and is supported by 1 scientific validation image.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 330 to the C-terminus of human p75NTR/NGFR (NP_002498.1), with the target protein migrating at a molecular weight of 45 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended dilution for WB is 1:500–1:2,000.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
