Anti-NGF Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific chromatography, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is directed against nerve growth factor (NGF) and recognizes endogenous levels of the protein in human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human NGF, and the antibody is supplied as an unconjugated liquid at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. On arrival the 50 µl aliquot should be stored at -20°C, with care taken to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
