Anti-NGEF Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises NGEF, also known as Ephexin-1, and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation for use as a primary antibody. The reagent is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:100 for IHC and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF.

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 429–710 of human NGEF (NP_062824.2) and affinity purified. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal; the target has a predicted molecular weight of 82 kDa. Concentration is reported as lot specific. It is shipped at 4 °C and on arrival should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
