Anti-NFYB Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit and directed against NFYB, also referred to as NFYB/CBF-B. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is affinity-purified and reacts with human and mouse samples, with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–207 of human NFYB (NP_006157.1). The target protein migrates at a molecular weight of 28–30 kDa, and the concentration of the reagent is lot-specific.
