Anti-NFU1 Antibody

This affinity-purified Rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the NFU1 protein and is supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and also listed for immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-230 of human NFU1 (NP_001002755.1). The reagent is provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3 with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, at a lot-specific concentration, and the target has an observed molecular weight of 25 - 28 kDa. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500 - 1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and on arrival should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
