Anti-NFS1 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises NFS1 and is of the IgG isotype. The reagent has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and it reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It is provided as an affinity purified liquid preparation.

Manufacturer specifications describe the immunogen as a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 290–457 of human NFS1 (NP_066923.3), and report the target protein's molecular weight as 47 kDa. The antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.
