Anti-NFKBIZ Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against NFKBIZ (also referred to as IKB zeta). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blotting (WB) on human, mouse and rat samples and is additionally listed for use in immunofluorescence (IF).

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–220 of human NFKBIZ (NP_113607.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 64 kDa.

For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:1,000–1:5,000 is given. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
