Anti-NFKBIL1 Antibody

Polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against Nuclear Factor Kappa B Inhibitor Like 1 (NFKBIL1), a member of the IkB protein family that modulates NF-kB signaling in lymphocytes. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied in 100 µl volume and applied in western blot detection of the human target in cell lysates. NFKBIL1 is encoded within the MHC class III region on chromosome 6 and has been investigated for its contribution to immune regulation and autoimmune phenotypes including rheumatoid arthritis and type 1 diabetes. Immunoblotting at recommended working dilutions typically yields a band near the predicted molecular weight region.
