Anti-NFKBIE Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the IκB-family member NF-κB inhibitor epsilon (NFKBIE), this unconjugated polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as 50 µL of affinity-purified antiserum in a single vial and is validated specifically for Western blot detection of the endogenous mouse protein. The antibody supports studies of NF-κB pathway regulation, B-cell lymphoma biology, and inflammatory signalling in mouse models, where it can be applied to cleared lysates prepared in standard RIPA or NP-40 buffers. Polyclonal recognition of multiple NFKBIE epitopes gives broader epitope coverage than monoclonal reagents, which is useful when probing low-abundance targets in mouse tissue or cell-line samples.
