Anti-NFKBIB Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets NFKBIB (also referred to in the literature as I-kappa-B-beta, IkB-beta, IKBB, NF-kappa-B inhibitor beta, NF-kappa-BIB, Thyroid receptor-interacting protein 9 and TRIP-9). The reagent is unconjugated and validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It was raised against recombinant human NFKBIB protein and purified by affinity chromatography using the immunogen. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of total NFKBIB protein and is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
