Anti-NFKBIB Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises NFKBIB (also referred to as IKB beta) and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and listed for immunofluorescence (IF), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-356 of human NFKBIB (NP_002494.2) and is affinity purified. It detects a band in the 40 - 50 kDa molecular weight range. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for IHC. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
