Anti-NFKBIA (phospho Y42) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against NFKBIA (also known as IKB alpha) phosphorylated at tyrosine 42, supplied under the Antibodies.com brand. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and is reactive with human samples, validated for Western blot applications.

The immunogen is a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Y42 of human IκBa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a molecular weight of 40 kDa. Recommended Western blot dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000, and the concentration is reported as lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
