Anti-NFKBIA Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against NFKBIA (also known as IkB alpha). It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, validated for use in Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications, and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 166-265 of human IkB alpha as immunogen, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% ProClin 300. The predicted molecular weight of the target is 36 kDa. For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500-1:1,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
