Anti-NFKB2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com recognises NFkB p100/NFKB2 and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The unconjugated reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 690–899 of human NF-κB2 (NP_002493.3). The target has a reported molecular weight of 110 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, and 1:50–1:200 for both IHC and ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
