Anti-NFKB1 (phospho S932) Antibody

Distributed by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody is raised against a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding serine 932 of human NFKB1. The reagent recognises the target only in its phosphorylated form and is supplied unconjugated.

Validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse and rat samples. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IHC. The target's reported molecular weight is 105 kDa, consistent with NFkB p105/p50.

Provided as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and purified by affinity chromatography. It ships at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon receipt, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
