Anti-NFKB1 Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets NFKB1 and is supplied by Antibodies.com as a liquid reagent in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The unconjugated IgG antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 700–800 of human NFKB1 (NP_001158884.1) and is affinity purified.

Validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:100–1:500, IHC 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. NFKB1 is detected at expected molecular weights of 50 kDa / 120 kDa. The reagent is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
