NFkB-p65 (also called RelA) is a key subunit of the NF-κB transcription factor complex, and phosphorylation at threonine 429 is linked to its transcriptional activity in inflammatory and stress signaling pathways. This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com specifically recognizes the T429-phosphorylated form of p65, supporting studies of pathway activation kinetics and subcellular localization. The reagent is supplied as 100 µl of polyclonal antiserum at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and is unconjugated for flexible assay design. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications across human, mouse, and rat samples, making it useful for comparative work in cell-line, primary-tissue, and animal-model systems. For long-term use, aliquot the antibody and store at -20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
