Anti-NFkB-p65 (phospho-S536) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range, this is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against NFkB-p65 phosphorylated at serine 536. The antibody is unconjugated and validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

It specifically detects endogenous levels of NFkB-p65 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser536, with the target appearing at approximately 60 and 75 kDa. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
