Anti-NFkB-p65 (phospho-S529) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises NFkB-p65 when phosphorylated at Serine 529. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human NFkB-p65 surrounding the Ser529 phosphorylation site, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of NFkB-p65 only in its phosphorylated form at this residue.

The antibody is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Following affinity purification from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen and affinity chromatography, purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and the target migrates at approximately 60 and 75 kDa.
