Anti-NFkB-p65 (phospho-S468) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal primary antibody recognises NFkB-p65 phosphorylated at Serine 468. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunoprecipitation (IP) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

According to the manufacturer's data, the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of NFκB-p65 protein when phosphorylated at Serine 468. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human NFkB-p65 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 468. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity > 95% (by SDS-PAGE) and an observed molecular weight of ~ 60, 75 kDa.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.
