NFkB-p65 (also known as RelA) is a central subunit of the NF-kappaB transcription factor complex, regulating genes involved in inflammation, immune response, and cell survival. This Antibodies.com rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against an epitope centered on the K303 region of p65 and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows. The unconjugated IgG is supplied as a 100 µl vial at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, ready for dilution into standard blocking and staining buffers.

Reactivity is reported with human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting comparative studies across common model systems and primary tissue sections. For short-term use, the vial can be kept refrigerated at 4 °C; for longer storage, aliquot and freeze at -20 °C to limit freeze-thaw cycles and preserve antibody affinity. The polyclonal format provides recognition of multiple epitopes on the target, which is helpful when probing denatured lysates on membranes or fixed cells in immunofluorescence imaging, and can support broader signal coverage than a monoclonal reagent in IHC tissue staining.
