Anti-NFkB-p65 (Ab-468) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthetic peptide spanning residues 466–470 (L-A-S-V-D) of human NFkB-p65 (RELA / TF65, UniProt Q04206), enabling detection of total endogenous NFkB-p65 protein (predicted MW ~65 kDa). The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, with an isotype of rabbit IgG. It is validated for Western blotting at 1:500–1:1000 and immunohistochemistry at 1:50–1:100, and it reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. For best stability, the vial should be kept at 4 °C for short-term use (stable up to six months) and stored at –20 °C for long-term archival, with repeated freeze-thaw cycles avoided.
