Anti-NFkB-p65 (Ab-435) Antibody

Raised in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com as a ready-to-use polyclonal reagent, this affinity-purified IgG targets the NFkB-p65 subunit (RELA / Transcription factor p65, UniProt Q04206) at the region surrounding amino acids 433–437 (E-G-T-L-S). The product is offered in a 50 µl volume at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as stabilizers. It is unconjugated and recommended for Western blot (predicted MW ~65 kDa) at 1:500–1:1000 and for immunohistochemistry at 1:50–1:100, with reactivity demonstrated in Human, Mouse, Rat and Monkey samples. Short-term storage at 4 °C is supported for up to six months, while long-term preservation should be at −20 °C with repeated freeze-thaw cycles avoided. Generated against a synthetic peptide-KLH conjugate and purified by epitope-specific affinity chromatography, the antibody detects endogenous levels of total NFkB-p65 protein and is intended for research use only.
