Anti-NFkB-p65 (Ab-276) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues274–278 (R-P-S-D-R) of human NF-κB p65 (RELA) and detects the endogenous total level of the NF-κB p65 transcription factor subunit. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. It is unconjugated and purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific peptide, making it suitable for sensitive detection without the need for a secondary label. Recommended working dilutions, validated by the supplier, are 1:500–1:1000 for Western blot, 1:50–1:100 for immunohistochemistry, and 1:100–1:200 for immunofluorescence/ICC applications. Reactivity has been confirmed in Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, with supporting validation data shown on Western blots of HeLa lysates, immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human breast carcinoma tissue, and methanol-fixed HeLa cells by immunofluorescence.
