Anti-NFkB-p105 (V887) Antibody

NFkB-p105 is the 105 kDa cytoplasmic precursor that is processed to the p50 DNA-binding subunit of the NF-kappa B transcription factor family, and antibodies that recognise this precursor are widely used to track canonical NF-kB pathway activity in inflammation, immune signalling, and stress-response research.

This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent was raised against a peptide covering the V887 epitope of human NFKB1 and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry in human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and the 50 µl vial format is sufficient for numerous immunoblotting and tissue-staining experiments. Short-term storage at 4°C is acceptable; for longer periods, aliquot the reagent and freeze at -20°C to preserve activity, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
