Anti-NFkB-p105 (phospho-S927) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against NFkB-p105 when phosphorylated at Serine 927. Supplied unconjugated in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) at 1 mg/ml with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.

The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen — a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human NFkB-p105 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 927. Reported purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. Specificity is restricted to endogenous levels of NFkB-p105 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser927, and the target runs at approximately 105 kDa.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
