Anti-NFkB-p105/p50 (phospho-S337) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against NFkB-p105/p50 (phospho-S337). It is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human NFkB-p105 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 337. According to the manufacturer, the antibody detects endogenous levels of NFkB-p105/p50 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser337. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The stated molecular weight of the target is approximately 50,105 kDa.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
