Anti-NFkB-p105 / p50 (Ab-337) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against NFkB-p105 / p50 (Ab-337). The unconjugated reagent is classified as a primary antibody, validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide with the sequence R-K-S-D-L, corresponding to amino acids 335–339 of Human NFkB-p105. The antibody detects endogenous levels of total NFkB-p105 / p50 protein. It is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Antibodies were produced by immunising rabbits with synthetic peptide and KLH conjugates, then purified by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific peptide.

The product is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
