Anti-NFkB-p105 (Ab-932) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot of rabbit polyclonal antiserum raised against a synthetic peptide spanning residues930–934 (E-T-S-F-R) of human NFκB-p105, the p105 precursor of the NF-κB transcription factor family. Provided unconjugated at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the antibody is validated for Western blotting at 1:500–1:000 and immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections at 1:50–1:100, with an expected band at approximately 120 kDa. It specifically detects the endogenous total NFkB-p105 protein and has been confirmed reactive on human, mouse and rat samples, including HeLa cell lysates and human breast carcinoma tissue. The immunogen sequence is conserved across species, supporting broad cross-reactivity. For stability, the product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Intended strictly for research use, the antibody is supplied through AFMS and is suitable for studies of NF-κB signalling, inflammation, immune response and oncogenesis where monitoring of p105/p50 processing is required.
