Anti-NFkB-p105 (A901) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against NFkB-p105 using a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to amino acids 920-970 of the Human protein. The reagent is unconjugated, validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunoprecipitation (IP), and reacts with Human samples. It detects endogenous levels of NFkB-p105 protein and does not recognize the NFkB-p50 subunit.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 105 kDa, and purity is reported as > 95% by SDS-PAGE following affinity purification using the epitope-specific immunogen.
