Anti-NFkB-p100 (S869) Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets NFkB-p100. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody is unconjugated and supplied as 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 840-890 of Human NFkB-p100. The reagent detects endogenous levels of NFkB-p100 protein and does not recognize the NFkB-p52 subunit.

It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight is approximately 100 and 120 kDa.
