Anti-NFkB-p100 (phospho-S865) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against NFkB-p100 when phosphorylated at Serine 865. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2, and has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunoprecipitation (IP) on Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human NFkB-p100 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 865 and specifically detects endogenous levels of NFkB-p100 only when phosphorylated at Ser865. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 100, 120 kDa.
