Anti-NFIB Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against Nuclear Factor I B (NFIB), a CCAAT-box binding transcription factor implicated in forebrain and pulmonary maturation as well as in small cell lung cancer and glioma biology. Supplied as 200 µl of unconjugated antiserum in a vial, the antibody is validated for Western blot detection of the human target and recognises the nuclear-localised protein under denaturing gel conditions.
