Anti-NFATc4 (N670) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 635–689 of human NFATc4, targeting the N670 region. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, the antibody achieves a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE and specifically detects endogenous levels of NFATc4 protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 95 kDa. The reagent is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and shows reactivity against human, mouse, and rat samples.
