Raised in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography against the immunogen, this polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com targets the NFATC3 transcription factor (also known as NFAT4). The antibody is supplied as an unconjugated liquid at 1.0 mg/mL in a phosphate-buffered saline formulation containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol at pH 7.4, and is available in a 50 µL vial. It was generated against a recombinant human NFATC3 protein and is validated for Western blotting, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and immunohistochemistry, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples, where it recognizes endogenous levels of total NFATC3. For routine handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance. Intended for research use only and not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications, this reagent offers a reliable option for laboratories studying NFAT signaling, nuclear translocation events, and downstream transcriptional programs.
