Anti-NFATC3 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against NFATC3 (also designated NFAT4/NF-ATc3). Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the unconjugated IgG is supplied in liquid form. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is supported by 4 scientific images.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein encompassing amino acids 1–290 of human NFATC3 (NCBI reference NP_775188.1) and is purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a molecular weight of 150 kDa. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and the recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200, with concentration reported as lot-specific.

The reagent is shipped at 4 °C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
