Anti-NFATC2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against NFATC2 (also known as NFAT1), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications. The antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples and was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–300 of human NFATC2 (NP_775114.1).

The reagent is provided as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. It recognises a target with a reported molecular weight of 140 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot, 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
