Anti-NFATC1 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab175134)

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against NFATC1 (also known as NFAT2) is supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence applications. The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 115–298 of NFAT2 (NP_001265598.1), and it detects the 101 kDa target protein in human, mouse, and rat samples.

The reagent is affinity-purified and provided as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Suggested working dilutions, drawn from the manufacturer, are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

Shipping is on cold packs at 4 °C; on receipt the antibody should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
