Anti-NFATC1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against the NFATC1 transcription factor and supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in unconjugated form. The antibody was generated using a recombinant human NFATC1 immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography, with the resulting IgG preparation formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. It is validated for use in Western blotting, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and shows consistent detection of endogenous NFATC1 protein across human, mouse and rat samples, making it suitable for comparative studies in multiple model systems. The reagent is shipped refrigerated at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
