NFATC1, the Nuclear Factor of Activated T-Cells 1, is a calcineurin-regulated transcription factor central to T-cell activation, cytokine gene expression, cardiac valve morphogenesis, and osteoclast differentiation. The Antibodies.com polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit supports detection of this target across Human, Mouse, and Rat samples in Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence applications. Supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated reagent in a single-use vial, the antibody recognizes multiple epitopes on NFATC1, producing reliable signal in whole-cell lysates, tissue sections, and fixed-cell preparations. Researchers investigating calcium-calcineurin signaling pathways, immune cell regulation, lymphocyte activation, and developmental biology will find this reagent useful for both established and exploratory assays.
