Anti-NFAT4 (E159) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is directed against NFAT4 and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 130-180 of human NFAT4, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of NFAT4 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 115 kDa, and the antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
