Anti-NFASC Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised against NFASC (Neurofascin). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western Blot and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 830-1100 of human NFASC (NP_001005388.2). The target protein has a stated molecular weight of 150 kDa. For Western Blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
