Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against NF2/Merlin and is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The unconjugated reagent is produced in rabbit and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
Provided at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, the antibody has a molecular weight of approximately 69kDa. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Specificity studies show that the polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of NF2/Merlin protein, with the immunogen being recombinant full length Human NF2/Merlin.
