Anti-NF2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against the human neurofibromin-2 (NF2/Merlin) protein, this primary antibody is supplied as an unconjugated, affinity-purified preparation at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume. The immunogen is a recombinant human NF2 protein, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of total NF2 in Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and supported by published immunofluorescence (IF) data on HeLa cells, making it a flexible choice for laboratories studying the Merlin tumour suppressor and ERM-family cytoskeletal regulators. The formulation is phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
