Anti-NF2 Antibody

NF2 encodes merlin, also called schwannomin, a 70 kDa ERM-family cytoskeletal linker that regulates Hippo pathway signaling and is biallelically lost in Neurofibromatosis type 2 tumors including vestibular schwannomas, meningiomas, and ependymomas. The antibody cross-reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, supporting translational studies across species, and is shipped refrigerated on wet or dry ice to preserve activity through repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
