Anti-NF-YC (W85) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against NF-YC and detects endogenous levels of the NF-YC protein at the W85 epitope. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows, it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 50-106 of human NF-YC, and the target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 50 kDa.
