Anti-NF-YC Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the N-terminal region of human NF-YC (nuclear transcription factor Y subunit C, also known as CBF-C) and affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a 50 µL liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. It is validated for ELISA, Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse and rat samples, and detects endogenous levels of the NF-YC protein. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
