Anti-NF-YC Antibody

This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets the gamma subunit of the heterotrimeric NF-Y transcription factor complex, which binds the CCAAT box in eukaryotic promoters to drive expression of cell-cycle, metabolic, and MHC class II genes. Raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated 100 µl aliquot, the antibody supports Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and ELISA workflows across human, mouse, and rat samples. It enables researchers to detect endogenous NF-YC protein levels, probe subunit composition of the NF-Y complex, and study CCAAT-dependent transcriptional regulation in cell lysates, tissue sections, and chromatin preparations.
